Craig from Accounting's Story

Need help with those taxes? Craig from Accounting is your guy! At approximately 50 pounds and estimated to be 4–6 years old, Craig is a very expressive GSD x Lab mix. He may have applications in progress but is currently available.

Craig enjoys long walks around the pond, big hugs, and constant undivided attention. He's a chatty guy, speaking fluent English, Canadian French, Arabic, Dutch, and Korean and enjoys conversation. You might hear grumbles, growls, and teeth clacking but rest assured, that is Craig's own language he has invented. You'll catch on quick.

Craig is also a very organized and hard working dog. He shows off his German Shepherd roots, climbing trees and patrolling his yard. His Lab side loves chewing on bones and sorting toys. But don't mistake that for complete independence. If you need him, he's there. No questions asked. This combo makes him a great dog around kids and he is very fond of children. At a recent BBQ, he happily supervised the kids for hours.

He is potty and crate trained, cat-friendly, and walks well both on and off leash. He is generally indifferent to other animals, ignoring his feline siblings and sometimes even his Husky sister. He has shown a bit of protectiveness when out with the whole family. Craig would do well in a home with another canine friend to help him burn off energy and share yard security shifts with.

Adoption fee is $375 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.

STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs.
