Cracker Jack's Story

Cracker Jack (CJ) is an amazing dog. He has beautiful red fur (could he be Irish - lol) and a wonderful happy personality. CJ loves people and thinks he is an overgrown lap dog. He knows some basic obedience and is learning to walk without pulling on a leash. CJ takes treats from your hand gently and has an amazing disposition. CJ is smart and eager to please. He gets along with dogs of different sexes, sizes and ages. He plays well responding to the cues of the other dogs. He is a medium energy dog - which means he sleeps well and does great in a house without bouncing all over the place. But he is up for any adventure and would make a great walking, hiking or jogging buddy. And if you are looking for a reason to start a regular walking routine - CJ is it because he is always happy and greatly benefits from twice daily walks. CJ is neutered, up to date on his shots, and healthy. He is 2 - 3 years old, weighs about 60 pounds and craves a family of his own. He sleeps well on his bed and rides well in the car. CJ is a unique blend of dog breeds - with the coloring of a golden retriever, temperament of a lab, and the ears of a terrier? But whatever he is - most of all he is happy and loving and gives kisses and cuddles and hugs. If you live in the Toronto area and want to learn more about CJ and our foster to adopt program, please contact our rescue at c4ptoronto@gmail.com.
