Our friendly faced, kissy, waggy tailed fellow is enjoying working the crowd of new peeps and dogs here at the shelter with the end goal of making new friends. It's not that unusual that perhaps you see him hanging out in our office area (hoping to meet his new family of course) or maybe he's in a large doggy play group working off his wiggly hips while benefiting from a simple break from his kennel. Very social, interactive and friendly, he's a guy on the go and a little bit ADD as well!! LOL! Take a seat and especially for those he knows even a wee bit, well he'll hop right up into your lap and give you a facial. Cracker Jack is treat motivated but please, only higher value snacks as he has a discerning palate! We enjoy having Cracker Jack under our care, but at the end of the day, he's ready to be tucked into his new home where he can be a treasured pet. Might that person be you?<br/><br/>Facebook Update Aug 25: SPOTLIGHT ON CRACKER JACK!!!!Ā<br/>Someone just like YOU NEEDS CRACKER JACK now!!!Ā<br/>Our head turningĀfella already has started to decline in his kennel (yes, another one!) and he needs YOU and you need HIM!!Ā<br/>Just a year old, (45lbs) ĀCracker Jack has plenty of energy and so much love to give but has few outlets each day. Ā He's getting frantic and literally begging folks as they walk by to please get him out..."Give me a break," Ā"I need out," "Don't walk by me, help me!" Ā<br/>Cracker Jack has never met a stranger and has done well in doggy play groups and also has had kennel mates. ĀHis newer amped up self shows himself on a shorter fuse with other dogs. ĀWith the humans, Ātake a seat in a play yard and he will fly into you lap and give you frantic kisses! ĀHe's doing what he can to let us know he needs out. Can you help? ĀWill you help?<br/>Warning: ĀCracker Jack is one of the coolest looking dogs. ĀWhen you are out and about with him, folks will want to stop and meet your new friend. ĀYou will get swarmed. ĀCJ will be 100% ok with the extra attention.
