Cowgirl is a beautiful hound mix who is about 2–3 years old and weighs 67 pounds. She is a loving, affectionate girl who truly enjoys being close to her people. She loves pets, cuddles, and soaking up attention whenever she can.<br/>Cowgirl does well with other dogs and is great with kids. She enjoys running outside, stretching her legs, and spending time with her humans. She is curious about cats, but with gentle correction, she will leave them alone. Submitting an application and receiving an approval does not guarantee you will be adopting the dog you applied for. Once you move to the meet and greet process, you will be contacted by the foster family to further discuss the dog, and answer questions you may have, and if applicable, a meet and greet will be set up at our adoption center. Meet and greets are only set up with approved applicants, and we require all members in the household to be present, as well as any current dogs in the home. Meet and greets take place at our adoption center located in New Berlin. If you are proceeding with adopting a Lucky Mutt, we will require the dog to have a Martingale collar at the time of adoption, to ensure the dogs safety during the transition to a new home. <br/><br/>Current Adoption Fees Are:<br/>$425+tax for puppies to 3 years old<br/>$375+tax for ages 4-7<br/>$275+tax for ages 8 and up<br/>Bonded pairs vary<br/><br/>The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, up to date age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, general deworming, heartworm test, (if over 6 months) and a certified veterinary inspection. Please be aware, listed dog breeds are based on information provided and cannot be guaranteed. Submitting an application for a particular dog does not guarantee that you will be the applicant chosen, we receive several applications for each dog. Our adopters are picked based on the needs of the dog, and the home we feel with best fit based on your responses to our application, vet information and landlord requirements. Approved applicants not chosen for the dog you applied for, will be in active status for a period of six months. We encourage you to watch Petfinder, Facebook and our website for upcoming dogs.
