Cowboy is in urgent need of a loving him that will cherish him and keep him safe. Or a foster home but we really don't want him to be shuffled around.<br/><br/>He's was abandoned by his organinal owner, sheltered, fostered, then finally adopted again only to have his owner go away. <br/><br/>He's back with foster but they are having surgery and then moving. <br/><br/>We will do everything we can to support his needs and transition. There is the offer of a substantial financial contribution to help get him started with the right family. <br/><br/>He deserves so much more. He's good with other dogs and cats.
