This handsome dude is Cowboy, he was dumped in the town of West Hartford and we were contacted by West Hartford Animal Control to see if we would be willing to meet him and give him a second chance!<br/><br/>He is a young, strong dog that has a super sweet side. <br/>He's a very smart boy who would benefit from training classes with his new owner so he can develop a bond.<br/>Cowboy does not like cats; he can be walked by them on a leash but cannot be loose near them. <br/>He likes his dog friends and prefers young goofy male dogs or nice confident females that can boss him around. He doesn't want confident boys who will boss him around.
