At 4 and a 1/2 it was quite the adjustment to fit in at the shelter. My foster mom saw me and helped me escape the shelter.

My foster mom says I am totally house broken. We have a fenced yard to play in. I am crated when they are not home. I do well in there. I don't sleep in the crate at night. I have a bedroom where I can move from bed to bed as I like. I enjoy having choices.

My foster has two other dogs and we get along well. I would like to meet any dogs you have to make sure we are a good fit. I don't get into anything when left unsupervised. I haven't shown much interest in stuffies or chew toys yet. I am totally enjoying being out of the shelter and am learning how to relax.

I walk well on a leash. We don't see many people when we walk the neighborhood. I enjoy being out and about. Are you looking for a buddy to take on walks or hikes? I would love that! And when we are done walking, we can cuddle. That is one of my favorite pastimes.

They have a cat here, but I could care less about it. If you have a cat, I am good with that. I haven't met any children here but I am not one to jump on folks. I don't have any kid restrictions, but I am a herding dog. I might try to herd a little one. If they are ok with that, so am I!

I enjoy laying around and getting belly rubs. I am a super friendly guy. I would do well with or without dogs. I love attention from people but enjoy hanging out with dogs as well. My foster mom says it is obvious I have been in a home before. I just want to be loved. Even though I have only been here a short time I get excited to see them come home.

What do you think? do I sound like the right guy for you? If so, please call (816) 986-4426 so my mom can bring me up to meet you. I can't wait

Love, Cowboy
