Cowboy's Story

This adorable little fella is Cowboy. He is a 5-year-old papillon mix and weighs 12 lb. Cowboy is a sweet little dog with a tender heart and a gentle soul. He loves to snuggle and is happiest being close to his people. Cowboy would do well with someone who is home often and can give him the attention and closeness he craves. With a little love and consistency, Cowboy will blossom into a loyal, devoted little shadow. If you’ve got a soft spot for a small dog who just wants to be near his person, Cowboy might be your perfect match. Cowboy previously lived with other small dogs and was great with them. We don't know what he thinks of cats, but can cat-test him if needed. Cowboy is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. His adoption fee is $440. If you would like to meet/adopt Cowboy, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-online-adoption-application/ or stop by our shelter. We are open 10 AM to 4 PM seven days a week. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Email daws@daws.org with questions or if you wish to schedule an after-hours appointment. Cowboy can't wait to meet you!
