Casper is a found dog that needs a forever home. He seems to be good with everything. He MAY be potty trained; he hasn't has any accidents in his limited inside time. He hasn't made any effort to escape the finder's backyard fence. He has had his vaccines and is heartworm negative, but he will need to be microchipped and neutered. He weighs roughly 50 lbs.
