Meet Girly, a beautiful and healthy Caucasian Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her fluffy 100-pound frame. Imagine our surprise after returning home from a walk and seeing two huge paws sticking out from under our truck! After being abandoned and finding her way to our farm, Girly has blossomed into a loving, loyal companion who has learned that the world isn't so scary after all. She adores her toys especially her beloved stuffed armadillo along with playing fetch, going for walks, rolling over for belly scratches, lounging on the cool concrete beneath the car, and, of course, mealtime. As a livestock guardian dog, Girly takes her role as protector seriously and is equally devoted and affectionate with her people. She loves being brushed and pampered, and her gorgeous thick coat makes her best suited for cooler climates. While she has never been around cats, she would likely thrive as an only dog or alongside other large canine companions due to her breed's prey drive. Although she doesn't currently live with children, she has been friendly, gentle, and curious when meeting them. Girly spends most of her time outside on our farm, so she has not been formally potty-trained, however, she has never had an accident when inside the house. Girly is looking for a home with plenty of space to roam, a family to love, and a place where she can continue being the loyal guardian and devoted friend she was born to be. The vet estimates Girly is approximately one year old and she is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations all that's left is finding her forever home!
