Country: Buck Owens Australian Shepherd Mix Palo Alto, CA

This dog will be at a meet and greet event on Saturday, February 24th unless he/she is adopted prior to the event with a set up home. The event is from 12 pm to 3 pm at Palo Alto's Pet Food Express. Those interested in meeting the dog can come out to our meet and greet event. We no longer do application approval onsite. Anyone adopting has been previously approved and set up to meet prior to the event.

The Country Music Puppies are a trio of 10 week old Australian Shepherd mix puppies who have a song in their hearts for their forever homes! These puppies came to us at 6 weeks old with their Australian Shepherd Mama and have been growing and learning every day! We suspect there are a few dads in the mix. They are now ready for adoption and can't wait to take their new families on a world tour witu them. We expect these boys to reach around 50 pounds when fully grown.

Buck Owens: Buck Owens is Mr. Personality and captures the adoration of all who meet him. He is the most Aussie looking of his siblings and his gorgeous coat is just as soft as it looks in photos! Buck loves charging into the laps and arms of those ready to dote on him, and will place an adorable paw on your arm if he doesn't think he has gotten enough cuddles yet. Buck's sparkling eyes are just perfect. Buck Owens keeps his foster home laughing constantly with his goofy antics, from dragging around toys bigger than his body to tumbling over his paws when chasing leaves.
Johnny Cash: Johnny Cash is a total cuddlebug and has the biggest heart in the world. We suspect Johnny has some Lab in his parentage, as those soulful eyes are all "feed me more treats and love me"! Johnny likes playing with his brothers when it is time to zoom around, but he is the first to head in for naptime and cuddles. He loves chewing away happily at his toys and has started figuring out the whole "fetch" thing. Well, as long as there is something in it for him! He is super food motivated and will be a fabulous addition to his new family.
Willie Nelson: Willie Nelson is a Rockstar puppy who can't wait to write "My New Family". Willie has a warm and loving personality and is a sweet soul. He is more of the "sit back and observe and then jump in on the fun" kind of puppy, waiting until the time is right to pounce on his brothers or a flying toy. Willie is the perfect blend of outgoing and sensitive, making him the ideal companion for any home. Willie promises to bring endless joy and love to the home lucky enough to adopt him!

The puppies start their day around 7 AM with a potty break outside while their pen is cleaned out. Their rider calls for kibble so they hungrily gobble down breakfast in preparation for adventures ahead. Throughout the day, they play with toys, snuggle together for naps, romo around the yard, enjoy snacks, and get endless cuddles from their foster family. They end their day at 8 PM curled up together in a puppy pen.
The boys have been very well socialized with dogs of all ages and sizes. They adore people and would love friends in their new home, whether canine or human! They have been introduced to cats and other backyard critters and tried to befriend them all.

The Country Music puppies are only an option for those who have owned a dog in the last 5 years. We will be seeking individual homes for each puppy. Kids in the home should be over the age of 7.
