Found alone and very ill at the county shelter, this frail 4-year-old French Bulldog was battling more suffering than any living soul should ever endure. Thanks to an incredible medical grant from PACC911, Cossette received the urgent, top-tier veterinary care she so desperately needed. Wrapped in the warmth and comfort of a loving foster home, her true spirit began to bloom. Today, she has gained 5 crucial pounds (weighing 20 pounds) and is thriving—fully restored, healthy, spayed, microchipped, licensed, up-to-date on all vaccines (including rabies), and completely healed.<br/><br/>Despite the deep scars of her past, Cossette harbors zero bitterness. She has emerged as an absolute dream dog—the most gentle, quiet, and loving soul you could ever meet. She greets every single person with pure affection and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.
