Cosmos is crate trained, potty trained, and loves his treats! He came back to Diamond Dachshund after two bouts of bad luck with his former families Neither of which were his fault. His first family moved and could not keep him, and his second family had a major emergency and had to return him to the Rescue. Cosmos gets along with dogs of all sizes (his foster brothers and sisters range from 12 to 80 pounds)he loves to cuddle on the sofa next to his humans, and on hot days he loves a good sunbathe and to splash in the doggie pool outside.<br/><br/>If you&#39;re looking for a super sweet boy, look no further! Cosmos will warm your heart and home and show you love like only a special pup can do!<br/><br/>.<br/>Love dachshunds and not ready to adopt or circumstances won&#39;t permit having a dog? How about being a sponsor or making a donation. Every one of our dachshunds receives excellent medical care along with day to day food, love and housing. Being non-profit, we rely on generous individuals like yourselves to help save these fur babies. You can do this specifically for one dog with the sponsor button on their webpage or a general donation on our &#34;How To Help&#34; page. Easy and quick through Pay Pal or your debit/credit card. All contributions are tax deductable.<br/><br/>Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.
