He LOVES his Kong, and will focus on it for hours when it’s filled with peanut butter!<br/>Cosmo loves to be around you, and can spend time just snoozing in the same room. He loves<br/>to play, whether chasing a ball, or chasing you! After exercising, he can keep himself busy with<br/>his toys if you have things you need to be doing, or you just want to relax with a show or a<br/>book.<br/>Cosmo gets along well with children and animals, and views them all as potential best<br/>friends, but is very boisterous, so he needs a firm hand.<br/>Cosmo is a medium sized dog, weighing in at around 70 lbs. This big boy has an<br/>incredible sense of smell, being a Catahoula hound mix, and therefore is easily distracted on<br/>walks. Patience and positive reinforcement will go a long way towards making your outings<br/>enjoyable.<br/>Cosmo is crate trained and potty trained. He also knows some basic commands such<br/>as “Off” “Heel” “Sit” “Come” and “Down”. He has some anxiety about being left alone, and<br/>therefore should be crated at night, or if there is no one around to supervise him. Items left<br/>within reach or on the floor are fair game to Cosmo, so be sure to put anything you don’t want<br/>chewed on in its proper place.
