Cosmo's Story

Meet Cosmo!

Cosmo and his sister are finally ready to start the next chapter in their lives! They have been lovingly raised in foster care since they were about a week old. As bottle babies their foster mom has worked really hard to keep them alive, and also work on important socialization that is so critical. Cosmo and Wanda are happy, silly, goofy kids who love to romp and play, but also take all the opportunities to snuggle too. They have been living with dogs of all sizes and ages, and would love to continue to do so. They have not been around cats, but I’m sure they could learn! Cosmo is happy to be wherever you are, and will gladly chew on a toy while snuggling in your lap. He loves to see what all of the other dogs are up to, but generally just likes to hang back and watch. He was the first to figure out how to climb the couch, and the last to figure out most other things. He is total goofy boy energy, and will make someone so happy.

They are working hard on potty training and have been great with crate training.
Cosmo and Wanda are both 12 weeks old. They will be given age appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea/heartworm prevention, microchips, and will be spayed/neutered when they are a bit older. Due to this, they will need to stay local to Indiana. Their adoption fee is $500.

If you’d like to adopt Cosmo or Wanda, apply today at farfetcheddogrescue.org!

All adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and current on heartworm and flea prevention. All medical concerns are addressed prior to adoption including emergency care needed, chronic health conditions, dental care, and various other concerns. Adoption Fees All Adoption fees vary based on the individual animal. Adoption Process The adoption process begins with an application. After the application has been reviewed and references checked, A Home check video will be requested. This video will need to include interior and exterior views of the home and yard if applicable. Once the home check has been submitted and approved, we are able to schedule a meet and greet with the adoptable animal.
