Cordelia Labrador Retriever & Retriever Mix Randolph, NJ

Cordelia is about 5-6 months old and as you can see she is gorgeous!!! She has beautiful chocolate brown coat with the prettiest haze eyes!

Cordelia’s foster mom says….”Cordelia was shy when she arrived at our house and she has quickly warmed up to us. This pup lives for tummy rubs!! No matter how tired she is, if you come by, she will lift her hind leg for a belly rub! Cordelia is a playful pup who enjoys playing with our dog and playing with toys. Cordelia will even toss her toys up in the air and run after them! She enjoys being outside and she loves the snow!! Fun, fun, fun!! Cordelia is so cute when she runs….she gallops! And, she has a tail that is always wagging! Cordelia is a smart pup…..she already knows the commands sit, paw, no. She sleeps through the night without having accidents and she is house trained. When I say “go to bed”, Cordelia goes into her crate and waits for a cookie! Her favorite special treat is scrambled eggs and cheese! She is simply adorable!"

Cordelia spent the first 3 months of her life outside under her owners porch with her sisters. Luckly, someone called animal control and they were seized. The siblings were taken to an over populated shelter and the shelter called us to help. FHDR transported the pups to NJ to live in foster homes. Cordelia is very happy to be in a foster home where she is getting healthy food, treats, a soft bed and lots of love. Something she never experienced before. Cordelia is shy but also very sweet and she is learning to trust people.

Cordelia needs a home that has the patience to make her feel comfortabale and that can spend time teaching her that she is safe. (No children under 10 years old) We are sure if you adopt her, she will be a devoted, loving companion. She just need the right person to call their own. When you met Cordelia, you will fall in love with her!

Please note we do not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be left alone all day.

We do not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported here to NJ.
