We have an 8-yr old Puggle named Cooper who we need to surrender and would appreciate your consideration.<br/><br/>He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and not on heartworm or tick/flea prevention as he doesn’t go in the wilderness for the most part.<br/><br/>This decision is almost a year in the making and we’ve exhausted every other option at this point. We adopted him a few years back and he has had 3 other owners before us. He has always had emotional issues but in the past year he has began retaliating when we leave the house and we come home to him releasing his bowels and making a big mess. Overall, he has become too difficult to care for as we cannot provide him the all-day attention and support that he needs.
