Cooper's Story

Meet Cooper!

Cooper is a 7-year-old Weimaraner mix with a heart as big as his adorable smile. If you're looking for a dog whose favorite hobby is loving his people, Cooper may just be your perfect match.

This sweet boy is incredibly affectionate and believes that personal space is highly overrated. Whether he's snuggled up beside you on the couch, tucked under the blankets in bed, or simply touching you with a paw while you relax, Cooper's happiest place is wherever you are.

Cooper is a laid-back, easygoing guy who does wonderfully in the house. He's not a high-energy dog and would much rather spend his day cuddling, napping, and soaking up attention than running marathons. He loves blankets, cozy beds, and being part of the family.

He gets along well with other dogs and cats and would do best in a home with children 8 years and older who can appreciate his gentle, loving nature.

You may notice Cooper is carrying a few extra pounds right now. That's simply because his thyroid medication is being adjusted. With just one easy pill a day, he'll continue getting healthy and should slim down nicely. His condition is easily managed, and it certainly doesn't slow down his ability to love.

Everyone who meets Cooper falls for him.
