Cooper is a year old and ready to find his forever family! <br/><br/>He is deaf and will need someone willing work with him on hand signals, etc. <br/><br/>Cooper is a friendly guy that is living with another dog. <br/><br/>He is current with vaccines and neutered as well as microchipped. <br/><br/>He has learned lots of hand signals while in rescue and would love to have a home where he has another dog to guide him, but it's not a deal breaker. <br/><br/>We do suggest he have a fenced yard since he is deaf and should never be off leash if not contained. <br/><br/>Ready for a meet?
