After spending the last several years in a loving home, shelter life has been an adjustment—but Cooper is slowly settling in, and we’d love nothing more than to see him back where he truly belongs: in a home.<br/><br/>This handsome tricolor boy is a classic Beagle in both looks and personality. He’s currently a bit overweight, but we’re helping him work toward a healthier figure. He’s also a little lumpy thanks to some benign fatty masses, which we think only add to his unique charm.<br/><br/>Cooper absolutely adores people and is a total glutton for both food and affection. He greets his favorite humans with the happiest little trots, enthusiastic tail wags, and even full-on butt wiggles.
