She came to us from animal control. <br/><br/>Cookie is a shy girl who has had a rough ride in life and needs someone who she can trust and love. She has been hit by a car and sustained a dislocated hip and fractured leg. She has had an FHO to repair her hip, but she will always walk with a little extra swag. She needs to be kept lean, and would benefit from joint health supplements. She will likely have arthritis later in life and may need pain medication to increase her comfort. <br/><br/>Cookie is ok with dogs, cats and kids, but she needs a home setting where everyone will be able to give her space to feel comfortable and settle in at her own speed.
