What is Peninsula Unwanted Pets Society’s adoption process?

All of our adult pets are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and micro chipped. All puppies are required to be altered prior to final contract. Our adoption donation is $350-$400 We do not ship our PUPS out of area. Please email pupsrescueak@aol.com for a pre adoption application. We are a volunteer foster based rescue thus our pets are not housed in one location. We are not a shelter and do not maintain an adoption location. Upon application approval we will arrange a home visit and meeting with the pets of interest.

What is Cookie’s adoption fee?

$400

Is Cookie good with kids?

Cookie is not good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Cookie good with other animals?

Cookie is good with other dogs. It is not known if Cookie is good with cats.

When can I meet Cookie?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Cookie?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
