Connie's Story

Meet Conchita (or Connie, as we call her), a 2 year old Frenchie/Cattle Dog mix (GORGEOUS DOG!), who loves everyone she meets. Fostered and trained in Spokane, WA, Connie is a transplant from Los Angeles and will be completing our training program before she goes to her adoptive home.

Good with dogs and kids and cats!
Crate trained
Will work for food/treats!
Roughly 35 lbs (has been +/- this year)
Gold star in doggy daycare, laid back and gets along with everyone, but can also be a little alpha girlie.
Cuddly/affectionate, easy to walk and include in activities, but mellow enough not to fall apart on a laid back day
LOVES belly rubs, regularly rolls over and offers belly

Before coming to Hope2K9, a Good Samaritan provided Connie with cherry eye surgery and fostered her so she would no longer experience the neglect she was facing tied up outside. Connie has been spayed and vaccinated as well, and has no other health issues. Connie is strong and enthusiastic, she also has prey drive and wants to chase small critters, but she's a perfect medium size. Someone excited to maintain the use of Connie's e collar training will be important as her training has resolved and leash pulling or potential distraction issues outside.

You can follow to learn more about Conchita on our Instagram, or go to our website to apply. www.hope2k9.com

All of our adoptable dogs come with remote collar training, they know their foundation of obedience and off leash training after completing our board and train program ($3500 value). We include in their adoption all of their training tools, starter food/supplements, and any medical needs have been taken care of. When you adopt a fully trained dog from us, we provide two comprehensive sessions to train the adopter before your dog goes home, then lifetime behavior support.
