Meet Colleen Allen, a sweet and calm 9-year-old, 24-pound Shih Tzu-mix! Colleen is partially deaf but that doesn't stop her from being an affectionate pup who loves to kiss the hand that pets her. She is unbothered by pretty much everything and will let anyone come up to her to pet her. Colleen is cool as a cucumber and doesn't even get upset by the dreaded vacuum (*gasp*)! She makes for a great buddy for lounging around the house as she is perfectly content to lay down by your side and relax. But when it comes time for a walk, Colleen has mastered her leash skills and will walk without distractions.<br/><br/>Colleen is still adjusting to her new environment and is learning to come out of her shell. She would do best with a patient foster who will let her open up at her own pace while working on her good girl skills.
