Coffee's Story

Coffee is a 3.5 month old male puppy that will be available for adoption after his neuter appointment on 3/16/26! He is very well socialized with other dogs as well as his littermates and would be the perfect fit for any family. His mama Frost is a 1 year old longhaired German Shepherd (50lbs) and their dad Floki is a 5 year old rat terrier (15lbs). If you aren't looking for a puppy, don't worry--both parents are available for adoption as well! All puppies (and Floki) are currently in foster care, so an appointment will be required for meet and greets. Falling in love with a pet is easy to do and having their companionship can be very rewarding. Adopting a pet, however, is a big decision requiring a lot of time, money and commitment. RVHS encourages you to think through your decision before you adopt a companion animal. If you want to adopt a pet and you rent a home, you will need a statement from the owner that a pet is allowed. We accept adoption applications on a first come, first serve basis, unless a pet has needs that require specific qualities in a home.
