Hi Everyone -- I'm Coco! I am a 5 year old spayed spaniel mix and I'm looking for my forever home. You see, my previous owner became ill and was no longer able to take care of me, so the nice folks at NEBR said, "we can help"! Phew, I'm glad they did. I can be a little hesitant when I first meet new people, but once I am comfortable, my friendly and loving personality shines through. I truly enjoy being around my humans and soaking up all the pets and love you are willing to give. I love exploring the outdoors - sniffing around and taking in the world is one of my favorite things to do. I get along well with other dogs and I have a confident personality that helps me feel secure to hold my ground.<br/>I am a good listener and pretty smart, but I will need some help with leash training - I'm still learning the ropes! I can be a bit vocal, but its just my way when I am excited or alerting you to something new. <br/>I am house and crate trained and see my crate as my own cozy, safe space. Oh, and I weigh about 25 pounds! Just the right size.<br/><br/>I have been spayed, am up to date on my vaccinations, am heartworm negative and on preventative medicines.
