Coco's Story

Coco is a sweet little 6-8yr old couch potato who enjoys playing with her toys. Now that doesn’t mean sharing her toys:) She would do well as an only dog because she just wants to sit with her people and snuggle under blankets. Her owner passed away and the family dumped her in a shelter when she needed compassion and comfort. (Special reservation in the HOT place for them) She has been vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and heart worm negative. REQUIREMENTS: Fenced yard, vet reference and home visit. LowRider Dachshund Rescue's Adoption Policy

We try and make adopting a Dachshund as easy as possible while still assuring a safe and secure place for our fur-kids. We require that you fill out an adoption application and allow us to conduct a home visit, then we can match you up with the perfect LowRider! All of our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccination, microchipped, heart worm negative. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the adoption application https://www.lowriderrescue.com/adopt Our adoption fees vary by how much vet care we have in our rescues. Adult dogs start at $250, puppies start at $350 and full breed dachshund puppies start at $650. All of our dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed / neutered, microchipped and heart worm negative. Any and all puppies will be available for adoption after 12 weeks of age, they will have completed all puppy shots and have time to recover from the spay/neuter.
