Coco's Story
Coco is a once-in-a-lifetime dream dog with a heart far bigger than his past.

When his previous humans moved away, they left him behind in a cold, empty apartment — no food, no bedding, no toys. He was battling pneumonia, painful skin issues, and signs of trauma that no dog should ever endure. Despite everything he’s been through, Coco chose hope.

Today, he greets everyone with open paws and a heart full of joy. When he’s excited, he does the cutest little tippy-taps. When you come home, he proudly brings you his favorite toy. He’s so thrilled to go for walks that he tries to open the elevator door himself. His whole wiggly, squatting body radiates love as he prances over to drop a well-loved sock or joyfully de-stuffed toy at your feet.

Coco now happily solicits pets and treats from everyone he meets. He adores attention and would do well with older teens and calmer dogs who match his gentle, affectionate nature. With patience, safety, and love, Coco has blossomed into an amazing, fun-loving, cuddly companion.

At roughly 3 years old, Coco is ready for his true forever home — one that will cherish the resilient, joyful, deeply loving soul he has always been.

Text/Call
516-286-2461
631-353-2416
