Coco's Story

"Meet Coco 🍫🐾

Coco is a fluffy little cocoa bean with a heart just as sweet as her name. This lovable French bulldog (approx 9 months old) is full of joy, affection, and playful energy. She adores spending her days playing with her dog friends and toys, followed by her favorite activity—curling up in her bed or right beside her person for a cozy cuddle and well-earned nap.

Coco loves being outdoors and soaking up the sunshine, and she’s happy to relax and snooze after a fun day. She’s still learning the ropes of indoor life, but she’s a smart girl who is very treat-motivated and eager to please. With a little patience, guidance, and consistency, she’ll continue to blossom into the perfect companion. Coco is best suited in a home with another dog. She stalks the cats at her foster home and will give chase, but doesn’t do anything once she catches up to them. With some training, she may co-exist fine with a dog savvy cat.

All Coco truly wants is someone to play with and someone to love. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate pup who will fill your home with warmth, cuddles, and happiness, Coco is ready to be your happiest fluff ever. 💕

Coco is originally from California. As a young pup, she found herself in a shelter there after her owner was incarcerated. A few days later a “custodian” came for her. Somewhere between then and now this sweet girl ended up severely neglected and at ANOTHER high intake shelter…this time in Texas. It’s time to turn her story around!"

Coco is being fostered in Westminster, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.*

You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/coco/.

You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
