They’ve kept these puppies safe and fed—but with 16 puppies on the ground, they’ve become overwhelmed and reached out for help. Of course, we said yes! <br/><br/>Cobalt is affectionally referred to as "little raccoon" by our volunteers due to his unique markings. This boy brings the full puppy package—happy, social, and ready to be your best friend. He loves other dogs, enjoys meeting new people, and has a playful, easygoing personality that fits right into any home. Our dedicated facility and on-site volunteers ensure responsible, transparent adoptions, offering accountability and care you can truly trust.<br/><br/>We provide details on the food the puppy has been eating.
