COAL 45 lb's Story
COAL was raised in a crate for almost a year with no interaction from other dogs. He was finally released to a trainer, GUARDIAN ANGELS at MABEL BASSETT who worked on his trust and confidence. He was finally able to come out of his shell very slowly. He was originally very stand offish and fearful, not aggressive as originally estimated. He socialized with the trainer and other dogs. It takes time to earn your trust and is still very nervous at noises or sudden action but becomes your friend after he becomes comfortable. He knows his commands: watch, touch, sit, down, load (in the crate), loose leash walking and sits automatically when you stop, leave it, drop it, and stay. He just started playing with other dogs with the ball and likes his plush toy. COAL would be a perfect one dog home.
