Clyde's Story

Meet Clyde!

Clyde is a 5-8 year old small mixed breed. We believe he could be a chihuahua mixed with Rat Terrier. Possibly even some Doxie, he’s got a longer body. He is 14lbs.

Clyde does well with other dogs, big and small. We have not had him around any cats, but we don’t suspect any issues!

We are unsure if Clyde has been around kids and he doesn’t have any in his foster home. He has a very calm and sweet personality, but can have a stranger danger type mentality and we believe no young kids would be best.

Clyde does bond very quickly to his people!! He does not like when strangers approach and will bark/growl. However, he will let you pet him when not near his foster mom. This makes it hard to do meet and greets, because new people are all strangers to Cylde. Clyde loves people, he just needs to warm up! We suggest coming to meet Clyde and if all goes well, take him for a trial! A trial can last anywhere from a couple days to 3 weeks. It allows the adopter and dog to see if they are a good fit for one another!

Clyde does appear to be potty trained!! He hasn’t had a single accident in his foster home.

Clyde is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and current on heartworm, flea and tick preventatives.

Clyde has an adoption fee of $200.

Fill out an application for Clyde by visiting our website and clicking on the “adoption app” tab.

Sianimalrescue.org.
