While waiting for space at FMAR, he lived comfortably with another dog and four cats, giving him valuable experience in a home environment.<br/><br/>Clyde is crate trained and sleeps quietly in his crate for up to 10 hours overnight without an accident. Just tell him, "Go to bed!" and he'll happily settle in. He's also a quiet dog who doesn't bark much.<br/><br/>He's doing well with house training and did great with a regular potty schedule, going outside every few hours. As he adjusts to a new home, continuing that routine will help him stay successful.<br/><br/>Clyde already knows "sit" and "stay," and he has a gentle, easygoing nature. Bath time is no problem for him, making grooming a breeze.<br/><br/>When it's time to play, Clyde loves rope toys and especially enjoys carrying around his favorite stuffed "baby." He is neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $300, which helps cover the cost of the medical care he has received.<br/><br/>**Please note that the breed listed for each of our dogs is a rough estimate unless DNA results are provided in their Bio. All strays have rough estimates of their age based on the condition of their teeth. Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
