Clyde's Story
🐾 Meet Clyde! 🐾
Big, goofy, and full of love—Clyde is a full-blooded Great Dane just over 1 year old, and he’s ready to find his forever home!
When Clyde first arrived at KVPP, he was very malnourished. Thanks to months of TLC in his foster home, he’s now healthy, happy, and thriving. He’s a sweet, playful giant who loves people and wants to meet every dog he sees.
✨ About Clyde:
• Fully potty trained
• Deaf (requires a patient adopter experienced with deaf or large-breed dogs)
• Highly treat-motivated and learning commands beautifully
• Curious, clumsy, and endlessly entertaining—he’s a giant toddler in every way
• Loves exploring, especially anything edible left within reach
Clyde would shine in a home with a large, securely fenced yard and other playful, large dogs to help him practice manners. He’s not suitable for small children or elderly adults, as he still doesn’t realize his size—and he truly thinks he’s a lap dog (just like his 15-lb foster sister!).
This lovable giant has already stolen hearts in his foster home—now he’s ready to find a family who can match his size, energy, and endless affection. 💛
📍 Fostered in Knoxville, TN
🐶 Full-blooded Great Dane | ~1 year old
💰 Adoption Fee: $400
🧡 Apply to adopt: knoxvintagepetproject.com/adopt
