Clover's Story

Meet Clover

Clover is a joyful, hilarious puppy with a big-dog personality packed into a small body. Full of curiosity and adventure, she loves exploring the outdoors, discovering new things, and keeping everyone around her entertained. While naturally more timid with people than her brother Basil, Clover forms deep bonds with those she trusts and is becoming more confident every day. Her expressive personality and playful antics keep her foster family laughing.

Clover's favorite activities include running and playing outside, wrestling with other dogs, zooming around the yard, digging, exploring, and following her favorite canine friends wherever they go. She also enjoys quieter moments, especially morning cuddles and naps with her people.

She is making wonderful progress in her training. Clover is learning to come when called, working on basic commands such as "sit," and has rocked potty training. Through positive experiences, routine, and gentle encouragement, she continues to shine as a delightful pup. She has her moments, and crate training is a bit more challenging for her, and she may bark before settling down. Like many puppies, she does best when she receives plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Clover has also discovered just how much fun it is to jump onto furniture and has proven to be far more athletic than anyone expected.

One thing is certain: Clover absolutely adores other dogs. She especially loves larger dogs and often follows them around with pure puppy admiration. Because of this, she would strongly benefit from having another friendly, playful dog in her adoptive home.

Ideal Home

Clover would thrive with a patient family that understands shy dogs and is willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. A home with another friendly dog would be especially beneficial. She is happiest when she has opportunities for outdoor adventures, canine companionship, exploration, and plenty of love.

Current on DHPPV vaccinations, rabies, deworming, and microchipped.

Adoption Fee: $350

The Furry Farm Rescue's Adoption Policy
When you see an animal you would like to find out more about and meet, please go fill out our adoption application to start the process. Our adoptions are not first come first served, but a match of the needs of the animal with the best potential adopter. You can expect to hear from us within a week or two after submitting your application. With review of your application, we conduct a phone interview, check references, and speak to your veterinarian. During that process we will also schedule a time for you to come meet and get to know your new furry friend. If you have other animals, we will want to do intros at that time. We then ask you to take a few days to think about it and let us know. Next, we come to your house and do a last meet and greet before finalizing the adoption. All adopters sign a contract with the Furry Farm Rescue. All of our adoptions come with a 2 week trial period for dogs, and 1 week for cats. This allows you and your new furry friend some time to bond and decide if this is a forever family. Our Adoption fees vary between $50 to $275 for dogs, and cats are $40 to $60. Each pet’s fee will be listed in their biography.
