Rescues are permitted to pull NOW; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian. Her journey hasn't been an easy one, but every day she shows just how resilient and brave she truly is.Clover spent the beginning of her life surviving in the desert, where people were something to fear rather than trust. When she first came into our care, human interaction was scary and unfamiliar. Through patience, kindness, and countless positive experiences, Clover has made incredible progress. Today, she allows herself to be petted, can be gently carried, and is learning that people can be a source of comfort and safety.She is currently working on her leash skills and continues to gain confidence with each new experience. Clover will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time and is willing to celebrate the small victories along the way.One thing we know about Clover is that she would thrive with a confident, friendly dog companion. Having a canine role model can help her continue learning how to navigate the world and build confidence in new situations.Watching Clover grow has been truly rewarding, and we know there is a special home out there that will give her the love, patience, and understanding she deserves.
