Thank You!<br/><br/>---<br/><br/>Claus is about 10 weeks old and a German Shepherd mix. He is neutered, microchipped and has two sets of vaccines. Mom is a purebred GSD (see photo), but don't know what dad is - we might guess Chow. Claus seems to pretty fearless and a little dominant - he plays with the big dogs. He will need training, and we are making it part of the adoption contract that training will need to start immediately after his 16 week vaccines.<br/><br/>Claus is going to be a big boy - he's 14# now, he is also VERY hairy and his new family will have to expect that grooming bills will be part of his future. He is ready to go to his forever home today.<br/><br/>Being a puppy, he will need lots of training, including housebreaking and all forms of obedience. He will need one more set of puppy shots at 12 weeks, and his rabies shot at 16 weeks. We highly recommend puppy socialization and training classes.<br/><br/>And because he is a puppy, he is good with dogs, cats, kids and more. Remember, puppies are cute, but they have sharp teeth, need to be fed 3 times a day and poop... a lot! <br/><br/>His adoption donation is $450.<br/>Save-A-Mutt is a registered 501c3.
