Claude's Story

Meet Claude. Claude will be available for adoption as soon as he finishes all his vetting in approximately one week. Attacked by other dogs and dumped in a high kill shelter, Claude needed medical attention but is now doing very well. He had worms and was very thin. Now he’s doing awesome. He is a sweet, sweet boy who wants to be with his person every moment. Claude would not do best in an apartment or condo because he can whine and bark when you leave him alone. He’s like your little shadow. Claude is good with other dogs and cats. Claude is an approximately three year-old, 12 pound poodle/terrier mix. Our adoption fee varies and includes spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, heart worm test, deworm medication and microchip. All potential adopters must submit an application. We will check your veterinarian reference, a few personal references and will do a home visit prior to adoption.
