Clarence's Story

Clarence is a sweet, but timid gentleman who needs a patient home that will give him the space he needs to come out of his shell. He is friendly, but cautious, and within a short time will be snuggled up on your lap and sleeping in your bed. He is housebroken and uses a doggy door at his foster home. And he enjoys the company of other dogs, so the best home would be one with another furry friend.<br/><br/>Clarence came to us after being rescued from a 22 dog-hoarding case. While he was initially very fearful, unsure of people, and unable to walk on a leash. Clarence is showing how brave he can be. He has made fantastic strides!<br/><br/>Please fill out an application if you feel like you can give him the calm, confident home he so deserves.

Haven Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopting a friend is saving a life. That's how important it is. All of our animals are spayed or neutered. They have had their shots and have been in foster care so we can tell you some things about them. The adoption fee is $300 and this covers their medical expenses and helps us to continue to take in homeless and abused dogs.
