Hi everyone! I’m Clara! I’m 3-year-old, 30 lb. beagle mix, and am looking for my furever family. I can’t wait to meet you and fall in love soon! I am also very well named, because everything you need to know about me is right there in my C-L-A-R-A!

I am Cautious. I come from a dog hoarding situation. So, I’ve learned to be wary of new people. I need support in meeting strangers and like to go at a slower pace at first. I am very loving and friendly after I know I’m safe. I would do best in a home that doesn’t have lots of new people in and out, and patient pawrents who will help me build trust and confidence.

I am Loyal with a capital L! I love my people and my pack so deeply and want to always be with my family! I feel safest and happiest when I have a doggy friend to guide me. I’m looking for a furever family with at least one other dog to be my alpha sibling.

I am Active and very playful! I am always ready to romp around and play with my people and doggy siblings! I love taking walks and car rides and am always up for an adventure with you! I would love a family who wants to play and have as much fun as I do!

I need Rx Eye Drops. I have a chronic eye condition and will need prescription eye drops twice a day for the rest of my life. I’m pretty good about the drops, and my foster people can teach you how I take them best. Besides the eye condition, I’m very healthy and have no other medical concerns. I am also spayed, microchipped, and up to date on my vaccinations.

I am an All Around great dog! Everyone who gets to know me falls in love with me! I am adorable, cuddly, and very sweet! I love to snuggle up for long naps. I am house trained, and crate trained and quick to learn. For the family who can support my needs above, I promise to be your best furriend and stay by your side furever!
