CINNAMON's Story

“Because of the dog’s joyfulness, our own is increased. This makes us think of our adorable Cinnamon, who is such a joyful presence! She is two years old and weighs 30 pounds.

Why we love her: Cinnamon is such a sweetheart! She is a friendly, happy-go-lucky dog who loves everyone!

She spent some time at the home of two volunteers who say Cinnamon was the perfect houseguest. She trotted happily along on walks, rode well in the car, and enjoyed special outings where she had the best time. Cinnamon quickly learned to sit and be house trained. She is a wonderful cuddle buddy, too."

Cinnamon also stayed with another family for a few days. Her foster Mom says:
"We took her to the soccer fields and Cinnamon was so calm during practices and games. She loved all the children who she met after the games. She is such a cuddle bug!

Cinnamon was happiest when she could lay next to us or the children. She slept in a crate in our bedroom and would actually go in and settle down on her own.

Everyone who met Cinnamon fell in love with her. She is such a special dog!"

Back at the shelter, Cinnamon loves daily walks. She enjoys playtime in the fenced yard, where she bounds about in total joy and is so agile and graceful. She is always ready for pets and snuggles, too.

Cinnamon has had great times with some of their fellow shelter companions in play groups. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.

Her sister, Patches, is also available for adoption.

E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information!

Please come visit! We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We are so grateful to John Taylor for his exceptional photos of our dogs!
