Meet Cindy Lou. This pup is almost 12 weeks old. She is a shep mix and weighs about 14 lbs. She is very sweet. She loves humans and dogs. Crate trained. Smart. Loving. We will be looking for a home with a fenced yard or active adopter because she loves to run around and play.
She was rescued after being abandoned in Puerto Rico with her litter mates. She is available for adoption in Northern Virginia/DC/MD. We currently cannot do home visits in light of Covid-19 risks, so no homes with cats please since we cannot test whether they get along.
