I’ve been working hard on my leash skills and my teacher says I’m an A+ student for focus and redirection - just be sure to bring the tasty treats and consistency. I know lots of words, one specifically helpful “Look” cue that we use on walks regularly has been a hit. While I’m improving daily, I’d really like my new family will go all-in with me to let my full potential shine with continued training. <br/><br/>I’ve met other dogs around my size and we hit it off right away. I especially love off-leash intros where I can zoom, spin, and bounce my way into a new friendship. After a proper hello, I’m all in for playtime and chill hangouts. There’s truly nothing better than waking up to those big, soulful eyes gazing into yours as if to say, “Good morning!” She has a special way of making everyone she meets feel important, greeting them with a gentle cry and a wiggly bum, eager for any attention they’re willing to give.<br/><br/>Her leash manners have always been impressive, and she’s worked hard on staying calm when other dogs pass by. It’s clear she just wants to say hello! Treats are a helpful distraction, and she’s learning to manage her excitement. Ever the playful spirit, she still loves to keep an eye out for squirrels and rabbits—it’s a game she never tires of.<br/><br/>Cindy is a smart girl who’s picked up on our routine—she knows that after dinner comes her favorite treat time, and patiently waits for her Kong or lick mat “dessert,” taking her time to savour every lick.<br/><br/>Her personality continues to blossom, and she’s found her voice in the sweetest way.
