Cindy's Story

Meet Cindy! This sweet girl got raving reviews from her foster family. She did very well in their home in downtown Portsmouth, despite all the hustle and bustle that comes with the area! Cindy walks very well on leash and loves to explore! Since being in our care, she has had a successful play date with a now PMHS alumni! Typical cattle dog behavior, she can be pushy with other dogs. She can be a little shy meeting new people, but once she warms up to you she will steal your whole heart!

Hours of Operation Sunday-Thursday: Appointment Only Friday & Saturday: Walk-In Hours 12-4 PM Directions: - Take Exit 9 off of Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16). - Take a left at the set of lights at the end of the exit ramp (this is High St.). - At the next set of lights, turn right onto Sixth St. - After driving a bit, you will come to Country Farm Road which is marked with a green sign for the County Complex at the entrance to the road. - PMHS is down this road and on the right.
