Meet Chunkapretzel

Chunkapretzel was injured as a small puppy ultimately rendering her without the use of her back legs. She has a stroller for mobility at this time as she has outgrown her wheelchair but she can move and play like any other doggie when she has her wheels! Because Chunkapretzel needs a wheelchair it may be better to have a one story home. Additionally, very young children may not be optimal as that is how she was initially injured (a child fell on her back).
The very beginning of her little life was not easy so we are hoping the rest of her long life will be filled with cushy beds, a cozy home and unconditional love! She is such a happy girl that is full of light and love. There is a video posted of Chunkapretzel, the day she was rescued and her recovery story on Homelesspets.com Facebook page.
Please, consider opening your home to this little ray of sunshine!!
Note: Chunkapretzel will need joint supplements and arthritis medication for the rest of her life.
