Chuck's Story

Meet Charlie Boy!

Charlie has only been with our foster family for a week and he has already made himself completely at home in our hearts. At 12 weeks old and a whole 11 pounds of pure sweetness, this little guy is already showing us exactly who he is: curious, playful, snuggly, and the bestest boy.

He spends his days chasing a soccer ball around the yard, zooming after squeaky toys, going on walks in the neighborhood, and then melting into his crate or right beside you for a well-earned afternoon nap. He lets our 2.5 and 6-year-old walk him on leash like he's known them forever, so patient following their lead. He is, without question, the best boy.

Charlie loves tummy pets, being carried around like the little prince he is, and his kibble (food motivation? He's got it which means he is going to *nail* every trick you teach him). He's well on his way to being fully potty trained and picks things up fast!! He is fully crate trained and soo good sleeping through the night! And he has mastered *sit* and *come* - smart baby boy!

Charlie loves playing nd living with another dog. He is still learning to read the room when his resident pup needs a break but he pivots beautifully to his humans and never runs short on affection or energy. He just wants to be where you are.

Whoever brings Charlie home won't just be getting a dog. They'll be getting a best buddy, a lap napper, a soccer ball enthusiast, and a whole lot of unconditional love.

Interested in adopting Charlie? fill out an application he can't wait to meet you.
If you would like to meet Chuck, please visit spotslaststop.org and fill out an application.
