The good news? He does have an off switch... he just occasionally needs a human reminder that naps are part of the schedule too.<br/><br/>Christopher is kennel trained, house trained, and is generally good on a leash. He is eager to learn, highly food motivated, and loves having a job to do, which makes him a great candidate for continued training.<br/><br/>When it comes to other dogs, Christopher has shown he can do very well with a variety of personalities and play styles. From energetic buddies to senior dogs, he adjusted nicely and even won over a selective canine friend who rarely plays. <br/><br/>He does need proper introductions with new dogs, and because he can be a little socially enthusiastic, he may need supervision and guidance around very passive dogs.<br/><br/>One thing to know about Christopher: he is vocal during play! He talks a big game, but it is mostly sound effects and excitement. During his brief stay with someone, he showed no food resource guarding.<br/><br/>His biggest work-in-progress is jumping. We have been working on it, and he has already made progress, but he will need consistency and continued training. Thankfully, Christopher is a smart boy who genuinely wants to learn and connect with his people.<br/><br/>Christopher desperately needs a family, a routine, and people willing to help him continue becoming the incredible dog we know he can be.
