He was surrendered to a shelter in North Carolina, where he was struggling with hair loss and clearly wasn't getting the care he needed. Now, he's finally getting the TLC and love he deserves and it's already shining through.<br/><br/>Chowder is playful, affectionate, and still learning about the world, which makes this the perfect age to grow alongside his future family.
