Thankfully, Philly Rescue Angels stepped in, and his foster family opened their hearts and home to him. <br/><br/> In just two months, Chop has blossomed from a nervous pup into a goofy, loving companion. He used to bark at strangers and refuse car rides now he wags with excitement when the keys jingle and walks like a pro (unless a squirrel dares to cross his path ).<br/><br/>Chop is:<br/>Housebroken<br/>Treat-motivated & smart (working on leash manners!)<br/>Dog-friendly in playgroups<br/>A champion of fetch, tug-of-war, and nighttime zoomies <br/><br/>Chop would do best with an adopter who has experience with young, active dogs (bonus if you have a fenced yard ).
