Choco is in Washington and NEEDS a foster home

Choco just arrived to Washington where he is being fostered with a trainer! She says that he's a pretty solid boy. He's learning basic obedience and is very smart and eager to please. <br/><br/>Choco was dumped at a sand plant outside of San Antonio. We transferred him to Washington so he can find his forever home.<br/><br/>Choco is a big goof. He loves dogs and people.
